Once your order is placed, our LA-certified partner shop gets to work using the highest quality steel available. Their expert welders—each with over 10 years of experience—craft your equipment piece by piece with precision and care. Every weld is inspected by a quality control manager to ensure it’s clean, straight, and free of flaws.
The welds are then ground smooth to create a seamless, uniform finish before heading to powder coating. There, your product receives a durable, rust-resistant grey coat that stands up to time and tough workouts. Finally, before it’s packed, the equipment undergoes a final quality check to ensure it meets our exacting standards.
After production, your product goes through not one, not two, but three final stages of quality control—checking welds, surface smoothness, and powder coat finish. Every item is reviewed carefully to catch any imperfections before it reaches you.
Next, we attach Pure Steel’s signature pink plaque and apply any foam padding or finishing touches. A final inspection ensures everything is properly aligned and securely attached.
Once your product is returned to Pure Steel from our partner shop, it’s inspected one last time by our team. After passing final approval, we include a folder with all documentation, seal the package securely, and ship it out or schedule your delivery.
